REGISTER NOWMindfulness, The Art of Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is the ability to observe your thoughts and feelings, alongside how they’re impacting your behaviour and life experience.
Mindfulness is the practice of self-awareness for self-management.
Learning to manage your thoughts and feelings has life changing implications on your physical and mental health, alongside impacting your relationships in the most beneficial ways.
Mindfulness boosts immunity, decreases stress and increases focus. It equips you with the skills you need to navigate life’s challenges and build authentic relationships.
In your relationships specifically, mindfulness improves your communication skills by enhancing your listening skills, amplifying your open-mindedness and supporting your expression of self.
Mindfulness can also help you disengage from toxic relationships, engage in responsible decision making tactics and take empowering accountability over your life.
In this Three-Part Mindfulness Program, you’ll learn the benefits of engaging in self-awareness practices for actively participating in the co-creation of your future.

Hi, I'm Sarah Sturino...anxiety Queen in recovery!
I was an over-thinker and 'seeker of more' for most of my life.
After suffering multiple episodes of physical depletion and soul exhaustion, I learned to slow down, calm the f*** down and let the universe take charge!
My whole life has truly been - and continues to be - a wellness journey, and the majority of my personal healing has occurred as the result of mindfulness and movement. It's only natural then, that I become a Pilates Instructor, Mindfulness Facilitator and Women’s Wellness Retreat Coordinator!
Mindfulness resonates with me because it does not require that we change our thoughts or judge our feelings. Instead it teaches us that our thoughts and feelings - all of them - serve a purpose, and it encourages us to slow down and connect with them with curiosity.
Mindfulness enhanced my awareness of self and the power that I possessed over my breath and state of mind. It provided me with the understanding that I Am truly responsible and accountable for my life experiences, through the choices that I make. Pretty cool right?!?
Join me in this three-part Mindfulness Program and all of the above could be true about you as well. In fact, I challenge you to participate in this program and not come out a changed individual! Register below to take me up on that!
